Baccarat and blackjack are both popular casino card games, but they have some key differences.
In **baccarat**, the goal is to bet on the hand that you think will have a total closest to 9. The game involves two hands: the Player and the Banker. Cards 2-9 are worth their face value, 10s and face cards are worth 0, and Aces are worth 1. If the total value of the hand exceeds 9, only the second digit is considered (e.g., a hand totaling 15 is worth 5).
In **blackjack**, the objective is to beat the dealer by having a hand value closest to 21 without going over. Cards 2-10 are worth their face value, face cards are worth 10, and Aces can be worth either 1 or 11, depending on what benefits the hand the most. Players can choose to "hit" (take another card) or "stand" (keep their current hand) to try and reach 21 or a value close to it.
